Fat and Weight Loss Programs
We will measure your body fat percentage with the most accurate tools available, fat calipers. These time tested tools will be used to track your progress. We will focus on multi joint exercises that keep your heart rate up. These may be combined with circuit training. This combination creates a program that engages your Aerobic system while simultaneously building strength for a faster metabolism.
Strength & Circuit Training
Want to bulk up? Looking to put on some lean muscle mass? I will develop a strength training program according to your desires. Whether you wish to be a powerlifter and your goal is to deadlift 300, or just broaden your shoulders for swimsuit season, I can develop a plan that maximizes your workout by performing circuits and super sets, or just build a workout that will focus on heavy lifts and form.
Functional Fitness
Focusing on functional fitness will prepare you for every day challenges. Whether its correcting posture and bad habits developed from a modern lifestyle, training for specific activities such as skiing, or reestablishing the ability to perform certain everyday tasks like getting off the floor while playing with grandchildren. I can develop a program that will help you achieve your goals.
HIT Training
HIT is short for High Intensity Training. This is for those who are not satisfied with their current Aerobic (Cardio) and Anaerobic (Strength) programs. We can either integrate this into your personalized program, or get a whole hour in. Be warned though, HIT and HIIT training is not for the faint of heart. This workout requires a determined individual who can withstand the pressure and keep the intensity up.
Cardio Boxing
We can either integrate this into your program or we can spend the whole hour doing cardio boxing workouts on a timed circuit. Boxing is one of the most exhilarating ways to get a cardio workout in while releasing some of that stress your micro manager may be giving you ;-)
